Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered Babu player — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Deposits are credited to your Babu account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact Babu support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.
Babu does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal activity. By depositing on Babu, you confirm that the funds you are using are from a legitimate source and belong to you.
Withdrawals on Babu are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This means if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be sent to your bKash account. The receiving account must be registered in your name.
Before your first withdrawal, Babu may request identity verification documents including a copy of your national ID card and a screenshot of your mobile money account showing your registered name and number. This is a one-time process and is required to protect both you and Babu from fraud.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real money balance may be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to Babu, including voided bonus winnings. Babu is not obligated to return funds where the account closure is the result of fraud or illegal activity.
You may close your own Babu account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal timeframe. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, Babu can also apply a self-exclusion period instead — see Section 10 for details.
